Refund and Returns Policy for Simplyvegseeds

Thank you for shopping at simplyvegseeds. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as it outlines the specific conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: The seed packet(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for any seeds where the packaging has been opened, torn, or otherwise compromised.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

What is NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used seed packets.
  • Perishable goods (such as already-planted seeds or grown plants).
  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance (if applicable).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day window:

In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the package.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility.
  • No Free Returns: Please note that we are unable to offer free returns for seeds. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refund of Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Deductions: Please note that refunds are for the product cost only. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refunded.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive seeds that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately at simplyvegseeds@gmail.com. We will arrange for a prepaid return label (if needed) and ship the correct replacement to you at no extra cost.
